(as the patient),

Two weeks ago I gave birth to my first baby.

The team in the labour ward were absolutely amazing, my midwives Daisy and Kay were fantastic and kept me going through a difficult labour. They were supportive and made sure that myself and my husband understood what was happening and why. When it was decided that I would go for a c section the theatre team were also brilliant, they kept me informed and made sure I felt at ease.

Both teams are a credit to AMH and I truly couldn’t fault them.

I’d also like to thank Aidan and Emma who were wonderful in making sure I was as comfortable as possible.

Congratulations on the birth of your baby. Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us. It is always lovely to receive feedback and all those you have mentioned will be thrilled to see it. I will ensure this is shared with the midwives Daisy and Kay, who sound like they have been a great support to you and your husband during a difficult labour.

Theatre staff will be delighted to read your feedback and glad you were made comfortable by Aidan and Emma.

We appreciate you sharing your experience with us especially during a busy time as a new mum.
