"Very bad experience"

About: Croydon University Hospital

Today it was my third visit and i was treated very badly from one of thr specialist .

This specialist was very rude .Not happy to answer any of my questions and totally not interesting to help my with my pain.This was not the first time this happend on my appointment before as well.I hope i will not need to see this doctor ever again.

I am truly sorry to read of the care you received when seeing the specialist. I can confirm that your concern has been received in the Patient Experience Team however in order for us to ensure you concern is dealt with appropriately, I would welcome you to contact / email the Patient Experience Team with additional personal information and we will be able to request that the service contact you directly with the aim for an agreed resolution.
