"Badly organised practice but great care"

My experience of this practice has never been excellent. I have done e consults and been referred to the wrong person, to then call and be told it was a mistake. I have been told i have telephone appointments booked to then wait all day and hear nothing, to call to chase up in the evening and then be told that there was no appointment booked that day. I have also had appointments cancelled with no follow up to re book. The general organisation of this place is ridiculous. I turned up early for an 8 o clock appointment to the marymead surgery and wasnt let in until 8:10 so was waiting outside in the cold for 20 minutes. The door at marymead is always locked and they are not welcoming at all. I understand times aren’t easy but it always seems to be extremely difficult to get any help from this place! It also seems like all appointments both over the phone and in person are rushed.
