Was a great practice, but deteriorated massively since. Normal for appointments to be delayed for up to an hour each visit. Similarly for telephone to be answered e.g. today 61 mins and then cut off. No response to complaints other than a holding letter. Hard pressed to get anything done particularly with chronic comorbidities.
