Following a discussion with a member of reception staff who was very helpful I was able to make an appointment for a telephone consultation the next morning to discuss ongoing issues relating to my recovery from Covid. After discussing my symptoms I was offered a face to face appointment for further physical checks and review the same day. While I recognise I was fortunate to be able to make that initial telephone appointment before they were all booked I feel that given the current difficulties with staff illness and increasing patient demand the advice and treatment I received from support and medical staff was excellent. Thank you to all concerned.
