.y family have been with Norwood Surgery for just under 30 years. Unfortunately we had to move and are just over the boundary to stay at the surgery which is quite upsetting as we have been told we no longer can stay at surgery My mum is 86 and has dementia and I have been happy with most of the care my mum has had from Norwood Surgery over many years to be told now we can't stay at the practice is really upsetting as I now have to find new practice and go through all the stress of mums medication etc As a carer it's stressful enough day to day without having to find new gp especially as mum is due for yearly checks which I will have to get sorted now. Thought peoples mental health mattered but obviously not in this case I am so stressed I am my mums fulltime carer. I wrote to doctors to ask if they would reconsider decision but told no. It makes my blood boil as I know other people who are well out of boundary I know rules have changed but surely you can't have one rule for one and one for another. Those other people should be asked to leave too, very disappointed
"Very disappointed "
