"Another GP practice to avoid"

About: Kings Norton Surgery

Brought my 15 month old to have him examined, he suffered with cough and breathing difficulties. Had covid test done same day which we were awaiting the results for (doctor said he did not think it was covid anyway). Doctor seemed rather upset we brought my son without Covid results and asked as “what are you trying to get out of this”. We are bringing a young child with potential chest infection to be asked this question ???? We felt very uncomfortable and felt like our son is suffering and no one cares to help!

Earlier on in the year we visited another doctor who was more interested in talking about how strong my accent was than talking about my sons condition. That same doctor called me today at 10.54 I missed the call, I called back 10.56 and was told that they might not be calling me back today- and they didn’t.

Lastly on one more occasion receptionist “forgot” to register my son so I waited for a call just to be told it was never booked. Received apologies but now I know we are going to be moving surgeries!
