I received a series of emails which didn’t feel right to me at the same time I was locked out of my online account . However the IT department were extremely helpful, given that my knowledge in IT is very basic. I am up & running again now thanks to their patience & understanding. As to the surgery itself I haven’t actually seen a doctor in quite some while so am not in a position to judge.
