My journey through this mental health episode has not been easy for me, since April 2020, I have been supported by a Sister. At a time I was feeling so low and withdrawing into myself, I also had shakes, paranoia and sleeplessness, to name but a few. She was so caring and sorting out medication etc. She made me feel hopeful, that I would feel normal again, and I wasn't going crazy. She continues to support me with regular phone appointments, but I feel she really is doing the mental health side of NHS proud, Thank you Sister, keep doing what your doing, your a star!!!!
