About: Sexual Health Services - South Staffordshire (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

Very uncertain of what my issue was as GP had refered me to dermatologist but mentioned maybe an STD. With waiting times confirmed by Hospital being months not weeks to even get triaged and no treatment plan I decided to seek alternative help.

The whole experience with the clinic from phoning up, to seeing a subject expert was fantastic and took just a few days.

At the appointment, I was treated with respect, dignity and provided with excellent professional advice by both Doctor & Nurse.
