I had the pleasure of talking to a doctor yesterday morning about symptoms that in my mind may have been in the long term damaging; but certainly in the short term both uncomfortable and unpleasant.

The doctors manner yesterday morning was reassuring, very thorough and professional .

With a little gentle questioning the doctor was able to understand the issues and explore the solutions with me. At no time did I feel that the doctor was under pressure to hurry the conversation along.

I was promised that my prescription would be sent to the pharmacy that day, and it was.

This was a very positive experience for me. It's very easy to criticise the practice; but in this case it was very reassuring to be dealt with in this manner.
