"Great Service"

I was very happy with my recent experience over a couple of months visiting Orthopaedic Outpatients with a broken ankle. The Nursing staff, Consultant and Plaster Room Technicians were friendly and re-assuring at all times. The environment is a little dated so it would be good if some funding could be put aside for some refurbishment work in the near future. Unfortunately, I have to mention that on a number of occasions the receptionist was surly and unwelcoming. Such a shame, as all other staff were very professional at all times.
