About: Victoria Hospital / Day Intervention Unit

(as a service user),

I was in for day surgery in April 21. I would like to say how brilliant my care was on the day. I was kept fully appraised of what was happening, staff took time to talk to me and to reassure me around things I was unsure of or nervous.

I would especially like to mention the care and time taken by SN McQuade, nurse specialist Carole and the brilliant anaesthetist Martin.
