"Appalling "

So far after chasing things up, following a referral, I've been waiting 3 week's, for them to contact me!! The referral has not even been read!! 😔

I've waited for over a month now,

for correspondence, via post, telephone, email etc!! I was assessed at home by a Female from their so called Service!! Can't get through via Phone!! If I don't hear anything this week, I'm going to get PALS and CQC Involved!! I have reported it to The Patient Experience Team!! It's an absolutely Disgraceful Service!! They should be closed down!! Also I will go to the new's media!! Shame on you for such a Shoddy, so called Service!!
