"Great GP practice"

Library House surgery is a great GP practice. I have been a patient for nearly a decade and I only have positives to say about them, whether it is their clinicians or admin and reception team. I have had number of issues in those years, some of them needed on a day appointment, some were more of a routine nature, nevertheless, I was always able to access appropriate help whether it was phone consultation, acute prescription or face to face appointment. My initial call was always dealt with an attentive and courteous reception staff who would organise the necessary for me. The appointment by their clinician, either by call or face to face, would have been equally of high standard regardless whether this was a trainee GP, GP partner, ANP or even FY doctor. In comparison, my previous surgery (also in PR7 area) had some less professional appeal to me and I felt some of my medical issues seemed to be a source of entertainment to one of the doctors who was a senior partner there which left me often put off from seeking GP. Library House has staff who is caring, compassionate, professional and patients centred. As a patient I feel confident to reach out to them and seek their help. I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone who does not expect miracles or magic, but a hardworking and dedicated team.
