"No communication"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

MRI scan and Bone Scan and first appointment with a consultant in November. Waiting on a biopsy for prostate cancer and after countless attempted phone calls and receiving automated "not available" messages or just cut off, managed to speak to a secretary over a week ago who said she would get the appointments person to contact. Needless to say there has been no contact. Can't someone treat patients like adults and tell them if they are on "a list" and, if not, when are they likely to go on " a list "?! We all know the NHS is under pressure as it is every winter but please communicate better.....
