"Exeptionally responsive"

My mother recently needed an admission to hospital. I live in Devon so I had to manage her care via phone calls. The reception staff were extraordinarily helpful, two people in particular were just fantastic and although I’m not permitted to name them I hope they read this and know who they are.

The GP I spoke to and the the GP who carried out a home visit, under extremely difficult circumstances, both provided an exemplary service. Prior to this incident I had thought my mother’s care from the Cornishway Group Practice was very good, but in truth it really has been exceptional. I have dealt, over the years, with doctors, nurses, medical secretaries and receptionists and have always had a positive experience. Very well done to all.
