Today I needed to contact the Physiotherapy Department about dates to start my referral physiotherapy treatment. I do not know the staff members name who I dealt with but she could not have been more understanding or helpful and I would just like to say THANK YOU to her for how she spoke to me and the information she gave me - yet another example of excellent NHS staff who are under real pressures from every angle.
