"Felt listened to at home"

About: Older People’s Services / Hospital at Home Northern Sector

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Story told by wife of male patient aged 60-69 from Derry/Londonderry area

We could not fault the care and attention my husband received from Acute Care at Home.  Every one from the Doctors, Nurses and pharmacist were brilliant.  My husband felt they listened to him and they were really interested in his recovery.  Thank you for the great care he received.

Thank you for taking the time to respond.

It is very good to hear that your care provided by AC@H was satisfactory.

It is very important to listen to patients and keep them always the centre point of your care giving.

I am very glad that we helped your husband to make a good recovery.

I will share your comments with the Team.

Regards Sr O Hara
