"Great care in hard times"

About: The Tickhill & Colliery Medical Practice

In these difficult times all parts of the nhs are stretched, I was due a follow up appointment which was booked for today, having still not received a call by tea time I assumed I had been forgotten. How wrong I was the practice had been very busy all day so my GP hadn’t had chance to call me and rang me this evening from home. Her thoughtfulness and caring made me feel so worthwhile and that I had received great care from a practice that cares about me and my extended family. They took time to listen to me and offer various options and advice. They have been so supportive over a difficult few months and as such we feel very grateful to them. They are doing their best in a difficult time and clearly care about their patients. Thank you
