About: Northwick Park Hospital

Worst hospital around, rude and unhelpful staff. they are not fit to be working in a medical environment. no accountability and complete lack of care towards patients. i witnessed a doctor release an elderly patient for whom a nurse advised that she requires her family to pick up. the doctor dismissively waved his hand and said yeah she can leave, the doctor had no care what would happen to his patient afterwards. absolutely disgusting

I was sorry to hear that you found the staff you encountered to be rude and unhelpful, and acknowledge the particular example you gave about an elderly patient being discharged from the ward.
