(as a service user),

I was admitted to the hospital through ED, not long after I was brought up to the ward. I am very appreciative of how the ward staff have treated me, as they have been great. The cleanliness of the ward is kept to a very high standard, which is wonderful. The food isn’t great although I haven’t been able to try much because of my loss of appetite. The nursing staff have made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout my time on this ward. I couldn’t be more thankful for their hard work throughout this hard time.
