"Amazing service"

I am incredibly grateful for the care provided by staff in A&E, the fracture clinic and orthopaedics over the past week. A senior nurse also kindly took the time to walk me to the correct department when I got lost despite this being out of her way. This was by far the most consistent demonstration of warmth and professionalism (by all staff members) that I have ever experienced in a hospital in this country. Keep doing what you're doing!!
