About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Orthopaedics

(as a service user),

I have been in hospital since Monday after falling and fracturing my hip. My entire experience has been faultless. The nurses and doctors are ''amazing''. I am so impressed with the communication system within the ward, I am aware of my care plan and so is everyone around me. It is very hygienic and I feel safe in terms of Covid-19 as the staff always wear their PPE. The only negative is the food as it is not great. Other than that I am so pleased with the care I am receiving.
