She was lovely and so understanding, I’m looking forward to my call next week where I’ve been given homework.
I don’t like taking medication for my depression or anxiety but the advice given and encouragement has helped loads and it’s only been an hour since the call!
I believe the doctors here do a great job and the reception staff on the most have been lovely to me.
Maybe upgrade the phone systems though
