"Attending for bladder biopsies"

Much as a trip to hospital is not high on the desire list, it was almost a pleasure to be so well cared for during my recent day case surgery at Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline.  From start to finish, across the range of staff , from cleaner to registrar surgeon, the event was as good as it possibly could have been. The facilities looked spankingly clean and fresh, the staff gave great consideration and empathy, and everything was on time.
