"Difficult access"

About: Croft Medical Centre

Not able to book any appointment in advance. Need to call at 08:30AM and try to scramble for a morning appointment or 13:30pm and scramble for a PM appointment.

Briefly were able to use e consult which was helpful

I only need to contact the surgery once or twice a year for a prescription request. Reception make me feel a nuisance each time.

Apologies that you have had difficulties with access to our practice. We are working hard to improve this and have brought in several new services to try and alleviate this, one of which is a dedicated prescription email address which can be found on our website. We would welcome you to contact the surgery directly to discuss this further with management as we are always happy to discuss ideas for improvement.
