(as a service user),

This morning I contacted the practice over the phone to enquire the results of my recent cardiac scan.

Fortunately I spoke to Mihaela who was very helpful. She was incredibly patient and supportive as I tend to get anxious.  

Well done Gadvi Practice and NHS for having such an incredible and empathetic member of staff.
