Went for an Endoscopy and was treated fantastic. Parked up in the multi story at 9.30 am and left at 12.15 , that’s less than 3 hours. I was charged £14. What the hell is going on with this company that runs the car parking. People are going to hospital because they have appointments and have no alternative but to use the parking. Absolutely disgusted with this service and something needs to be done. They are ripping off people who cannot afford to pay because they are sick.

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience when you attended for Endoscopy at the Trust. I will pass on your kind words to the team involved in your care and treatment. We welcome all feedback both positive and negative and I am sincerely sorry to hear of your experience using the multi-story car park. The parking charge for a full day in the multi-storey car park is £5.50 and £10.00 for a full day in the short stay car park.

Please contact the General Office via email general.office@liverpoolft.nhs.uk to advise of your parking charges, including the date/time and receipt and they will look into this for you.
