"Over and Above Normal Expectations"

This review of my personal experience is a reflection of the enormous effort put in by the whole Practice from the beginning of Covid to the present day. During this time measures were put in place to ensure patient safety without loss of services and this was achieved. There could have been a temptation to dissuade attendance, but this was not so indeed, there was an increased desire and empathy to help people and give them confidence that their care was still the fundamental priority. Moreover, the kindness and cheerful disposition offered at that first point of contact in the little booth reception set up in the entrance made such an impact and such a difference. I get the impression the experience has helped the practice readdress certain methods and procedures to promote even greater efficiency as the Covid threat eased. This is the essence of quality reached by continuous improvement. Well done everybody, your sterling efforts have not gone unnoticed and I encourage you to continue to strive toward a Centre of Excellence.
