"Not good "

Drs are not understanding paintance are made to feel belittled very unprofessional lack of communication not freindly lack of empathy you can never get through on the phone don’t let you speak to explain rude towards paintance they don’t help it’s changed Iv been with them for years never had a issue not freindly till now don’t bother to read notes don’t understand when you do your best to explain not very helpful lack of staff I would recommend them at all I was basically told to leave rushed consultation dr spocken to me in waiting room discussed my issue good job waiting room none in was told lucky to be seen kept waiting 40 minutes this particular dr wasn’t nice even though other nhs agency got me the appointment unpleasant experience not a nice place at all no patient care left me shaking and confused and upset won’t be in this practice for much longer looking to transfer
