This practice level of service has gone downhill since being taken over due to old gp retiring. New GPS taken over are all about the money. Difficulty in getting appointments (my partner too) not just in Covid period. Rude and unhelpful triage process online and from reception staff if you finally get through on phone. They try to do whatever possible online or remote. Big poster advertising for new patient recruitment when they seem overwhelmed by existing patients. All about increasing £ by more patients and more services that they get paid extra for - run as a business but not in a good way. Not NHS ethos and would not recommend - feel like a burden every time I use them and I am not a "regular".

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback.

Naturally, I am disappointment to hear that you feel our services are not meeting your or your partners expectations.

Due to the pandemic, we have made some changes to the way we work to ensure our patients receive the best possible care whilst reducing risk of Covid-19. You are correct that most triage consultations are offered remotely (telephone/video) however, around 44% of our daily appointments within Woodlands, result in a same day face-to-face consultation.

I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you and your partner directly about your concerns and engage with you both about ways we can improve our services and communication with our patients.
