"Great practice by Audiology "

Having missed my normal updates for a appointment with the audiologist ( like most people due to Covid Precautions) I was delighted to be seen yesterday by the great KGH audiology team, I can only say the whole experience was amazing, the lovely audiologist took the time to actually explain everything about my hearing loss about how I could improve my own use of my hearing aid use! Especially as I’d been a bit lazy using my hearing aid as I was on my own quite a bit & was tending not to bother as I simply wasn’t seeing people! With great tact & diplomacy it was easy to see that in fact wasn’t helping myself!! Suddenly I was able to understood about listening to sounds & certain pitches & what was actually happening, I’m delighted to say that I now feel so much clearer about going forward with confidence!!! So big shout out & thank you to a great audiologist & support from a amazing reception & admin team.
