I was referred by my GP to the Urgent care unit at Forth Valley hospital. I received a call that evening with an appointment for the following morning.
I subsequently had to return today for a scan and follow-up.
Throughout the 2 days, I felt well communicated with, found the staff to be very pleasant and knowledgeable, the unit to be very clean, the receptionist welcoming. I could go on.
Most importantly, the staff were very warm and friendly towards me and I could hear everyone else being treated the same.
