"Nobody answers the phone- disgraceful service!!!"

About: Royal Oldham Hospital

Try to phone the hospital to find out what ward my father has been taken to and an update on his condition. However when you ring the hospital phone number, nobody answers and then it just cuts off. People aren't alowedto visit but they don't let you find the ward they're on, or their condition. Where is the service and care?
