I called yesterday being the 10/01/2022 after spending most of the day at manchester burns unit with my son and the nurse said to get fresh dressing and the two creams from my GP so i called and was told did i have his medical file i said no the burns unit had it i was just calling for the creams and dressing they said no he could use the services they have i said its ok i will carry on take ng him to Manchester at their cost every time you call for things even things you need they say you need a phone call from a Dr one time i went 5 day with out isoline cause the woman said i did not need it i ended up calling the hospital and the team their got on to them if you call to see a Dr you have no chance they will say you can have a call back in 3 week if you have anything like skin rash the say send photos sorry but you cant treat people with out seeing a Dr they keep using Covid so they don't yet go to hospital you can see a Dr a nurse
