"Forth Valley Royal hospital"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Accident & emergency Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Vascular

(as the patient),

I was worried and concerned about worsening pain in my leg. I attended A and E. They were very good. I was received well and triaged quickly. The triage nurse and the doctor (Dr Greenway) were very nice, helpful and efficient. I felt anxious but I was reassured after seeing them. They started me on new medication and referred me to the vascular unit at Larbert. I felt reassured and hope not long to wait for a scan.

Dear hapsw64

Thank you very much for taking the time to post such lovely feedback for our department and team.

I am sorry to hear you had such a worrying experience but I am glad to hear the staff managed to reassure you and treat you quickly. I hope you are recovering well.

I will ensure this feedback is shared with the team as it is very much appreciated that their hard work is recognised during such challenging times.

Thank you again and best wishes.
