The receptionist team are rude, incompetent and have no compassion what so ever I’m disgusted with this practice as to get an an appt for a patient who is house bound has been told to book an appt in 4 weeks time despite telling them she has ear infection which has been ongoing for 2 months, despite calling everyday at 8 phone are busy and I am paralysed yet they kept telling to come in practice to make an appt. The reception staff clearly has no training on how to speak to patients especially those who myself is elderly and fragile and is bed ridden and expects I should come n to make an appt. What an absolute joke.
