I went to ENT appointment on 8th of December 2021 in the morning and the doctor referred me to audiology department to do the hearing test within a month. The doctor herself took me to the reception desk at the audiology department and told them to help me book a test, the date should be within a month as she had booked a MRI for me after a month, the hearing test needs to be done before that. Two staffs weren’t doing any other work at that moment and not willing to book an appointment when I was there, kept telling me they’re busy and out of staff. Calling back many times getting the same response they’ll call me back in a month which never happened. I’m going to have MRI test next Monday so I called back again this Monday, unsurprisingly, same response, they’re working hard, out of staff…etc, they completely failed to book a test for me on time and telling me she couldn’t guarantee when the appointment will be. The doctor in ENT is so helpful and kind. I’m utterly disappointed with how audiology handled the appointments.
