"Phone First Lagan Valley ED"

Following advice from a great podiatrist, I contacted Lagan Valley ED at 08:15hrs. I got through immediately, gave details, spoke directly with Nurse Practitioner Audrey and offered an appointment an hour later. Checked in, examined. X-rayed and received results within 30 mins. 

Exceptional service from all the staff, particularly Nurse Practitioner Audrey and Student Radiologist Tori - friendly, efficient and professional. 

The phone first service at Lagan Valley is clearly a very successful initiative. Well done to all involved and thank you.
