Attended on 4th January, a bank holiday, and despite being VERY busy with wait times of 2 hours plus, I received brilliant care and attention. Every health professional I encountered was caring and sympathetic. Staff went out of their way to reassure me and even brought me a sandwich and a hot drink as I'm diabetic and hadn't eaten for several hours. Nothing was too much trouble. Every one of them deserved a medal (and a hefty pay rise in my opinion) Well done NHS.
