About: Heartlands Hospital

I'm not happy I've been waiting in a an e from 10pm till 5.30 am they were not even that busy also all I needed was a simple blood test I mean come on man how long does it take to have a blood test I mean literally takes 3 minutes so why have me waiting that long I also have work at 7am they keep checking my arm but not my blood I've been waiting so long this is a bloody joke I would not recommend this hospital at all to any of my friends or family I had to come a an e due to my broken rib an yet again making me wait this is out of order I'm not at all happy the service here is rubbish I would give this a 0 rating highly disappointed
