Just wanted to say thank you to the Paeds ED team working on Christmas Day. You were fantastic. Saw and treated our little boy very quickly and got him better quickly so we could go home. Your professional attitude and manner helped calmed us worried parents down. I know NHS especially ED stretched right now, but it truly was NHS at its best.

Dear parent of little one..... Thanks for taking time at such a busy time to comment on the care of your little boy. So pleased that you all had a good experience. Yes, we are very busy so particularly good to hear that you had such good care and were helped to be calm in such a worrying time with a little one. Hoping you were all able to have a good Xmas despite all. All the best from the team at King's ED.
