(as a service user),

Today, at Argos in Glenrothes I was given my booster vaccine from Paul.

Given how busy the drop in clinic has been everything has been completed in a timely manner and thoroughly explained to. Happy, cheerful staff full of laughs, creating a much less stressful environment to get vaccinated. Well done NHS!!! :)
