"Simply fantastic"

I was admitted after having an accident iceskatung just before Christmas . Minor Injury department were lovely, very kind and thorough as we're the xray team. I had actually broken my ankle very badly and was immediately admitted to Thomas ward and basically straight into theatre. The anaesthetist was very calm and so were all of the medical team operating on me. Even on waking, the porter was kind and cheerful when taking g me back to the ward. Every single nurse and staff member on Thimas ward was wonderful, attentive,kind and caring. I also tested positive for Covid and so was in isolation, the nurses never moaned knee about having to wear PPE gear to see me and even in the middle of the night came in to chat and check up on me. Despite it being Christmas and all staff having to work and miss family events and parties, everyone was so cheerful and kind. If I was to say one thing I learned about Warwick hospital it's that Kindness lives here,everywhere you look.
