I attended A&E at Queens Hospital on the early hours of 27 December and received fantastic service and treatment. I was seen very quickly and all of the nurses and doctors were very helpful and caring.
I then attended A&E at Queens Hospital on the morning of 30 December and was taken to the Covid ward. The service I received from the doctor, nurses and porters was absolutely brilliant. Everyone was so kind and helpful and put me at ease. Even the staff on the front door were helpful and found me a wheelchair as they could see I was struggling with my breathing. The doctor I saw on the Covid ward was especially helpful and reassuring and he gave me some good tips on how to deal with covid at home.
I have private healthcare which I use often, but I can honestly say how impressed I was with everyone at Queens Hospital so thank you so much.
