"Disgusting service "

Tried to phone as online consult stated immediate appointment required. On answering the call staff were extremely rude and could offer a 2pm phone call nine days from calling. I explained I would be working and could they call me at four. The women stated most people have a day off during the week and it shouldn’t be a problem for me to take the day off. I stated I was a teacher and she said well you have summer holidays off. Book it for then. Will be finding a different GP as I barely use them but have been on their books for my entire life. Shocking
