"Rude security"

Aldough only patients are allowed in emergency security let people be accompanied by not patients. I understand in some cases is necessary but security persone allowed everyone. I noticed one patient and two of his friends , and they all went out now and again outside to smoke cigarettes. Clearly something is not right.
