Fantastic staff

Had an appointment on Christmas Eve with Mr Mohanty.

I was very apprehensive as I knew is would cause me some short lived pain.

From entering the department, all the staff I came into contact with were lovely. The receptionist and a couple of other staff trying to help me with a last minute food item I needed for Christmas.

Mr Mohanty is professional and lovely and does his best to help you relax - and I was a wimp!

Emma and Janet, the two nurses with me, were fantastic. Chatting to me and helping me try to relax to help the procedure.

They couldn’t have been nicer and were so caring.

Got some excellent advice on HRT and a book to help arm me with information before approaching my GP, dutifully ordered when I got home. If I should need any gynae-related appointments in the future I will request that I go back to Boston Pilgrim. What a team!
