We received amazing support from Clare for my child who had severe constipation.  Just knowing we could contact at any time with questions was so reassuring. It has been a long road - about 18 months - and upsetting and stressful at times - but we always felt very well supported by the team. Thank you.

Hi Cathy - thank you so much for letting us know about the service you have received. I am delighted that Clare was able to help and I know she will be too. As you say it can be 2 steps forward and 3 back when it comes to managing this particular difficulty, which is why we aim to be as responsive as possible in order to get good outcomes for children.
